For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions Habibah Limited may be referred to as ‘Habibah Limited’, ‘we’ and ‘us’. The customer will be referred to as ‘you’.

Ordering via the website

1  When you make a purchase through our click and collect online ordering system you enter a legal contract with Habibah Limited. Your order is then subject to the Terms and Conditions of our online sales and refund policy set out below.

2 By placing and order via the website or by using a third-party delivery company, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.

3 If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, then please do not place an order.

4 When placing an online order, via our click and collect, you are responsible for collection. Our service is the preparation of your food.

5 You are responsible for your order collection. Habibah Limited does not accept any responsibility for uncollected orders and the loss of money associated.

6 We will hold orders that are pending collection until closing time (4:00pm). If you do not collect your order by 4.00pm on the day of order, we will have to compost the food.

7 You need to be 18 years old or older to place an order. By ordering, you warrant that you are 18 years old, or older, and that you are legally capable of entering into binding a contract.

8 If, in rare circumstances, we cannot fulfil your order due to the time of the order, you will be refunded.

9 Please ensure you enter your correct email address when making your order. We will send you an online receipt and email confirming that your order has been received and will be processed.

10 All prices are as quoted on our menus. Prices include VAT.

Intolerances and Allergies

1 Habibah Limited handle sesame, garlic, gluten, and dairy in our kitchen so cannot prevent cross contamination of ingredients.

2 If you have severe allergies, please do not order food via the website.

3 Please check our website carefully for ingredients.

4 Our staff can inform you about ingredients for all our products.

5 If you have any dietary requirements, please use the ‘special requests’ section of the online ordering system so that our staff are aware of any dietary requests that you may have.

6 It is the individual’s responsibility to check ingredients before ordering.

7 Habibah Limited does not accept any liability for adverse reactions to any of our products caused by known food intolerances and allergies.

Cancellations and Returns

1 Once an order has been placed, we cannot accept cancellation.

2 Habibah Limited reserves the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

3 You will not be charged for any orders we cancel. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by us will be reimbursed using the same method as used to make the purchase.

4 We will provide a full refund for an order that is proven to be not as the described or where a fault is found with your product.

5 Should you have a problem with your order, please email or call us immediately.
