Our falafels, flats (flatbreads) and salads are all zinging and fresh, super healthy and packed with great Palestinian flavours.
We feel that food is more than just fuel – it is deep nourishment – it is family, friends, and community. This is the heart of Habibah – serving scrumptious food, with soul.
Our ingredients are fresh, local and ethically sourced, and our packaging is compostable. Our ethos is to thank the earth for her abundance and give back to her.
Our falafel recipe is a family tradition, passed down through generations. Sleiman learnt if from his mother and she from her mother. It’s deep in their bones.
Making the perfect falafel with a great crunch and soft inner, full of flavour, relies on the right balance of parsley, onion, cumin, garlic and chickpeas – oh, and our ‘secret ingredient’. Served in pita or in a box, with hummus, salads and topped with our homemade sauces – it is mana from heaven!
Our freshly baked flats (flatbreads) are inspired by Mana’eesh and pay homage to the fragrant herbs, spices and flavours of Sleiman’s childhood home. Filled with salads and toppings they are rolled to perfection – yumptious! Think halloumi, Za’tar, hummus, roasted veg and more.
Pick and mix from our range of delicious salads – freshly made, vibrant and healthy. Take them on their own or with extra falafel, hummus, halloumi or pita chips. Drizzle with one, or several of our special sauces. Top with a pickle, if pickles are your thing.
